  Tuesday 14th January 2025 Today, we spent our session focusing on the year 2 showcase. This project is entirely out together by us as a year group, we are allowed to use the year 1s as-well as actors in the group, but today we spent the day coming up with our ideas and finalising our ideas. We are on quite a tight schedule to complete this task, because Tuesdays are out time slots to do the planning and rehearsing. I’m using this showcase to broaden my skill set, I have done bits of directing stage pieces so for the showcase I have decided to direct a short film, my idea for this piece is loosely based on the film “Ten Things I Hate About You” but also mixed with a common teenage problem love story. I have started coming up with ideas for my script and basic characters to start with. After the session today when I got home I sat and focused on my script, and got it all written.   Monday 2 nd and Tuesday 3 rd December   2024   Both days w ere   spent doing more rehearsal and finalising things for the sets, and costumes and everyone's production roles, After having the weekend to sort there costumes, i went and asked all of the people on my list if they had them, most people did but there was still 3 people who were not ready so i went to the costume balcony and had a look to see if there was anyth ing in there that we could use, i found a few things in case they were needed if people still weren' t sorted by the shows.   Wednesday 4 th December 2024   Today we had the day off, i spent it finishing off some work that we had to do for the costumes.   Thursday 5 th December 2024 Today was our first day in the space, and we spent it trying to block everything in the space, we blocked dances and then we got all the props and costumes into th e space from the college, i also helped move them all and organised all the co...

  Monday 4th November 2024 Today we started with  warm ups  to get us prepared for the day and ready to go. After warm u ps, we  did audition preparation,  I went off with Jaden and Emily and we sat and sang through the song that we have to do for the audition on Thursday, after we practiced the song, i went and sat in the changing rooms and focused on my  vocal audition piece for tomorrow,  The notes and tips we were given from Kelly were to make the character  nervous, as if she had just got the job of the blue fairy and it was her first day and she had been given lines in a sense that she had to learn  and this was her first time doing so.  I spent my morning working on this, by the end of the morning I was  very happy  with the piece that I had for my audition.    Tuesday 5 th  November 2024   Today was audition day,  i  went in this morning and we started with  warm ups , after  warm...
