 Candidate Declaration - I confirm that the attached portfolio is all my own work and does not include any work completed by anyone other than myself  Monday 6 November - Auditions day 1   Today was the start of audition week, the first audition was the acting audition, i auditioned for Wendy Darling. I chose to go for the character of Wendy Darling because i wanted to push myself, i wanted to see how far i could go, and growing up i was obsessed with peter pan and always looked up to Wendy. The audition scene for Wendy was the bedroom scene where Peter first meets Wendy, we had to do our audition for Kelly and also for a panel, of our peers. This was a very good experience because I personally believe the professional feel of it will really help prepare us for the real world and the acting industry.  Candidate Declaration - I confirm that the attached portfolio is all my own work and does not include any work completed by anyone other than myself Unit 1 Principles of performance  Part 1 – ‘Developing a well formed character’ Circle freeze frame One warm up we have done in class that has helped improve our improvisation skills is when we stood in a circle and we all had to take it in turns going into the middle of the circle, and choosing what our character or object was in the piece.  What have i learnt from this?  The purpose of this was so that we could improve our impov skills, what i learned from this was to think quickly, and be able to improvise on the spot. As an actor, i find this important because it helps us to improve our improv which is a very important skill for an actor to possess.
